Delete Speak365 account data

You can initiate deletion inside the iPhone app.

From the app

1. Open Profile → Settings → Account.
2. Choose Delete account and read the confirmation.
3. Confirm when you are ready. Deletion needs a connection.

What is removed

Your Speak365 profile, synced sessions, conversation messages, mistakes, vocabulary, learning progress, streaks and practice results are removed. This device returns to a fresh guest state. Minimal deletion and revoked-session records remain so an older device cannot restore deleted data.

Other applications

The sign-in identity is shared with other apps and is retained to preserve their accounts and data. Speak365’s deletion removes Speak365 learning data only.

Subscriptions

Deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription with Apple.

If you can’t open the app

Contact support@speak365.ai from your account email. We will need to verify account ownership. Do not email passwords or verification codes.
