Terms of Service

Agreement

Speak365 is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Terms of Service (EULA) for apps downloaded from the App Store. The provisions below add terms specific to this app and its subscription.

Subscriptions

Speak365 Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged at the price shown in the app at the time of renewal.

If a free trial is offered, it begins at confirmation and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; Apple support can help with billing questions.

Use “Restore Purchases” on the paywall to regain Pro on a new device with the same Apple ID.

Your data

Your learning history lives on your device; deleting the app deletes that copy. If you sign in, a second copy syncs to your private cloud storage — delete it anytime in Settings → Account → Delete account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

When live AI is on, conversation text passes with your permission through our server to OpenRouter and Google Gemini to generate your tutor’s replies, as described in the Privacy Policy. When you are signed out or the server is unreachable, the scripted Demo Tutor runs fully on your device.

Acceptable use

Use the app to learn, practice and speak. Do not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the app or the services it connects to.

AI-generated feedback is a learning aid, not a certified language qualification. Practise judgment: verify anything consequential yourself.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time; material changes will be reflected here and, where required, in the App Store listing.
